"I want to compliment you and your company on the superb service we received in late July. We were concerned about an older (antique) SpacePak in the home we recently bought in Winnetka. We though it wasn't cooling the house very well ... another company told us " it's just old. We'll put a new one in for $7000.00." We were panicked as the temperature outside was in the 90's that week and we had planned a cocktail party for 40 people that Saturday.

We called your company on Thursday or Friday for a "second opinion" and one of your technicians came out the same day. He inspected the unit and then met with us to explain his findings. He noted that the previous person had significantly overcharged the system with freon and that could account for some drop-off in efficiency... I was very greatful for his explanation. The unit has been working very well - and our party was at a comfortable temperature.

Your techinician was neat in appearance, extremely courteous and explained everything to us in detail. We have rarely seen such good service in recent years.... When our unit does give out or needs repairs, we will call your company without hesitation. Sincerely, Ted E."
