What Should You Expect from the Installation Manager
When you have a heating, cooling or plumbing system is installed by American Vintage Home, Inc. , you'll know you made the right decision. Our installation process is unlike any other in regards to its scope and attention to detail. We have set and exceeded the standards of our industry in order to provide our customers with the highest level of customer satisfaction. It is one thing to set those high standards, it is another to maintain them. That it why we have established a set of checks and balances in every phase of our organization in order to ensure that each part of the installation process is followed.
From the time our sales engineer comes to your home to the time our installation
manager completes the final walkthrough, we want to leave you with complete
comfort in that we have attended to every detail of your installation we as
well as looked out for your best interest in every step of the way. It
has been our belief and experience that when we accomplish these goals you will
be happy you chose us, and you will be a life long customer recommending us
to your friends and neighbors. Word of mouth is the life blood of our company and we will do everything we can to perpetuate this philosophy.
What Should You Expect from the Sales Engineer:
Extensive technical knowledge of the design and installation
of heating, cooling and plumbing systems.
Listen carefully to your wants and needs in order to design
a customized solution for you.
A heating and cooling load will be calculated for each room
in the house in order to ensure that the heating and cooling is evenly
distributed
throughout the house. The load calculations will also enable your equipment to be properly sized in order
to ensure that the equipment will provide you with the highest efficiencies and comfort.
A well designed heating, cooling and plumbing system which
is drawn up to provide all the necessary information so that the system can
be installed to specifications.
A prompt professional proposal that explains the details of
the work that is being proposed.
No pressure sales tactics.
Knowledgeable regarding the heating, cooling and plumbing
products on the market today.
Educating our customers on systems and products which are
available so they can make the best decision for themselves.
Truly interested in helping our customers.
What Should You Expect from our Technicians:
Highly skilled technicians which are trained in our organization
on a weekly basis.
Neat, clean and fully uniformed technicians.
Shoe covers to minimize tracking dirt
into your home.
Trucks clearly marked for easy identification.
Will follow all drawings and diagrams in order to ensure equipment
is installed optimally.
Will complete a specially developed American Vintage
Home, Inc. 70 point installation checklist in order to ensure
that the equipment and system will
operate to manufacturer's specifications.
Should equipment not operate to those
specifications it either will be
repaired or replaced right on the spot in order to
avoid breakdowns or reduction
of efficiency. (This checklist goes above and
beyond any requirements by the manufacturer.)
Leave your home as clean as we found it.
Courteous and professional.
Knowledgeable and experienced with the equipment that they
are installing.
Truly interested in helping our customers.

What Should You Expect from the Installation Manager:
Will understand all aspects of the job in order to guide,
coordinate and manage the installation technicians in the most
efficient manner
without compromising safety of the crew or the quality of work being performed.
Perform an initial walkthrough at the customer's home prior
to the commencement of any installation. This is a very important meeting,
as it ensures that the customer as well as the installation crew understands all phases of the job.
Daily job site visits are done in order to ensure the following:
that job is being done along previously set guidelines, that job is organized
and clean, check of existing work that has already been done to ensure it had been properly done, will address any problems that an installation team encounters,
and lastly think ahead to foresee and avoid future problems.
Complete the installation manager check sheet to ensure that
certain duties and evaluations required
by the installation
technicians are
carried out. This will be completely filled out after every phase
of the
installation management process.
Complete a final quality assurance walkthrough with the customer.
This is done in order to ensure that all
phases of the installation process
were completed to the customer's satisfaction. The same American
Vintage Home, Inc. 70 point checklist that the installation
technicians had completed will now be performed by the installation manager
to ensure the system is operating flawlessly. Once this is completed, this checklist
will then be given to the homeowner.
Explanation of the basic operation of the system, answering
customer's questions and educating the
customer about basic maintenance.
Conduct a customer satisfaction survey in order to allow us
to maintain the high standards that we have aspired to
achieve.
