American Vintage Home, Inc. is conveniently located at 1523 Payne St. in Evanston - on the corner of Payne and Ashland; 1 block west of Greenbay Rd. The office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM; for our customers' convenience, we are always reachable through our answering service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

American Vintage Home, Inc. is a heating, cooling and plumbing company that specializes in providing the highest quality services for older homes that require extra care and knowledge. Our unsurpassed expertise, cleanliness, care and attention to detail have earned us an excellent reputation throughout the Northshore and Chicagoland areas. Even customers in far off places like Galena, Illinois and Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, both of which are known for their historical preservation, have contracted us to work on their homes because of our impeccable reputation.

    9. Extra measures are taken in order to keep your home clean; such as drop cloths, shoe covers and shrouds around our saws.
   10. All our service work has a 1 year warranty against all defects in labor and materials. The majority of the industry has a 30 day warranty on labor and materials.
   11. Our technicians have a high level of skill and knowledge which will result in less time diagnosing and resolving your problem properly, the 1st time.
